This privacy policy applies to the "Gateway" app (Binaural Beats).

Summary

This app stores all data exclusively locally on your device. There are no servers, no user accounts, no tracking, and no data sharing with third parties.

Locally Stored Data

Out-of-body time markers and remote viewing sessions are stored only locally within the app settings (UserDefaults) on your device.

Selected frequencies, volume levels, and other settings also remain on the device.

Microphone

The frequency measurement feature briefly uses the microphone to determine the dominant ambient frequency.

No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted during this process—only the current value is calculated and displayed.

No Data Transmission

The app does not send any data to the internet.

There is no analytics tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no connection to external services.

Your Control

You can delete logs (out-of-body, remote viewing) individually or entirely within the app at any time.

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

Audio Content

The incubation sessions (targets) consist of audio files built directly into the app. No data about you is collected during their use.
